When are the Tours?

• Tours are held rain or shine, every day, year-round.
• HISTORY, Legends & Lore Tour held most days at: 10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm
• GHOST TOUR held nightly at: 8pm
• MOONLIGHT Ghost Tour held at: 10pm (nights of & around full moon)
• GHOST HUNTING Tour held at: 9pm (2nd Saturday of each month)

Can I have a private Tour?

Private Group Tours of six people or more may be scheduled year-round for any time of day
or night. We can accommodate up to 200 people at one time.

How long do the Tours take?

Our Tours take from thirty minutes to three hours, depending on the Tour.

What is the walking distance of the Tour?

• Our Tours are a leisurely one mile walk or less, there are no hills.
• Our Tours are not continual walking, there are several opportunities to sit along the way.
• We walk at your pace!

Where do I park?

There is Free and paid parking available in Old Town.

What should I wear?

Tours are held regardless of the elements. Dress for the weather and for the uneven historic walkways. Suitable clothing including comfortable walking shoes is suggested. (Umbrellas are available for use, free of charge, in case of rain or in conjunction with personal misters on hot summer days.)

Do we go inside any of the buildings?

Most of the Tour locations are operating businesses. We reminisce from the outside walkways.

Will I see a ghost?

While it is impossible for anyone to guarantee the appearance of a ghost, things have happened on our Tours! Apparitions have emerged and objects have been moved in front of the Tour group... Please remember that our Tours are taken at your own risk.

Can I take pictures?

• Still photography is allowed and encouraged.
• NO filming, video or audio recording, please.

Are Tours wheelchair accessible?

Tours are wheelchair, electric scooter and stroller accessible. If you require any other forms of special assistance or wish to obtain information in an alternative format, please contact us in writing at least two weeks before the scheduled event.

What is your REFUND Policy?

Canceled or Postponed Events: You will get a full refund for tickets bought online or over the telephone using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at our Ticket Window, please return them to the same location for a full refund.

Replacement Tickets: If your Tour tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us.

Gift Certificates are final sale with no refunds allowed. Lost, stolen or damaged certificates will not be replaced. Certificates are valid until the expiration date listed on the certificate. Certificates with the expiration date altered, defaced or removed will not be honored.

Tickets purchased online through PayPal are final with NO REFUNDS allowed. However, you can reschedule to another available Tour within one year from the date of purchase.

All Tour tickets purchased over the telephone or at our Ticket Window are fully refundable until 24 hours before the reserved Tour using your purchase payment method. Tour tickets become final at 24 hours prior to the reserved Tour with NO REFUNDS allowed. However, you can reschedule to another available Tour within one year from the date of purchase.

Private Group Tour deposits are fully refundable up until 48 hours before the reserved Tour at which point the deposit is final with no refunds allowed. The entire contract balance is due in full.

• New Mexico Centennial HISTORY, Legends & Lore Tour of Old Town - a 75 minute historical walking Tour through Old Town Albuquerque. Spring 2012 Tours held most days at: 10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm. Reservations recommended!

• GHOST Tour of Old Town - a 90 minute walking tour which shares the ghost stories, histories and paranormal investigations of Old Town’s haunted locations. Tours held nightly at 8pm. Advance Pre-Paid Reservations REQUIRED!

• Old Town SPIRITS Tour - A two-hour Guided Walking Tour featuring Old Town's Haunted Restaurants & Saloons. COMING IN MAY 2012! Ghost stories are NOT just for kids! Our Old Town Spirits Tour is only for adults! Featuring the finest in "Dead Entertainment", you'll enjoy Old Town's curious history and both types of local “spirits” - ghosts & alcohol! *This tour is for ages 21 and older, valid ID required, no exceptions. Alcohol is not provided nor required, but definitely encouraged and available to purchase at licensed locations during the Tour.

• MOONLIGHT Ghost Tour - Same great Ghost Tour held at a spookier later time. Learn the history and superstitions surrounding the moon. Tour held monthly at 10pm on the nights of the full moon and every Friday & Saturday in the month of October. Advance pre-pad reservations required! See Tour information for dates.

• GHOST HUNTING Tour - a 2 to 3 hour walking Ghost Tour and private Ghost Hunt. YOU become an actual Paranormal Investigator. For Private Groups of 4 to 15 people. Advance pre-paid reservations required! Held Monthly. Call for availability.

• Old Town Scavenger Hunts - Teams of 2 to 6 players will utilize all of their skills and abilities to solve a challenging series of clues leading them on an exciting 3-hour Scavenger Hunt through Albuquerque’s oldest neighborhood. Watch our Schedule for Scavenger Hunts throuought the year, or book your own private group.

• Step-on Guide Services - Our custom packages for step-on guide services range from one hour to all day in your bus, van, trolley or private train car.

• Presentations & Storytellers - Our Tour Guides are available for presentations catered to your needs.

By the participation in any of our Tours or Scavenger Hunts, the participant as well as any heirs or assignees agree to hold harmless and release, both now and in perpetuity, Tours of Old Town and its agents, employees, contractors and or representatives from any and all liability, injury, accident, death, harm, financial loss or incidental damages or any other circumstance arising from or that may occur during, immediately preceding or following or is in any way related to participation in said activity, whether or not due to omission, negligence, incompetence, failure or any other reason on the part of or by Tours of Old Town. Participant understands that said activity may be physically strenuous, emotionally disturbing and potentially hazardous, and agrees that they are in adequate physical and mental condition to participate as well as adequately outfitted and clothed.
